The 'Favourites ' are a mailing list towards Internet sites or of ways in the computer which you recorded. So, instead of patching up entirely an address or a way, they use our favourites who constitute an abbreviated in fact. Illustration with Internet Explorer 6. |
When you are on a site address of which you want to keep or if you want to keep a way in the computer, click on 'Favourites ' in the top of the window then on 'Ajouter '. If the button is not available, go to the menu 'Favourites ' and then choose 'Add to the favourites'.
In the new window, enter the name for this address. If you click 'to Create in>>', the current list of your favourites is displayed and you can choose directly the file in which this address will be added. Otherwise it will be put at the end of the list.
To organise your favourites, that is to say to classify them, to line them up click on the menu 'Favourites ' then 'Organise the favourites' otherwise support 'Favourites ' on the button and choose 'Organize '.
You can create new files, reappoint or abolish favourites. To move favourites, it is enough to slip them in the required place.
To use an address that you before added to your favourites, click on the button 'Favourites ' if it is available otherwise go to the menu 'Favourites '. The list of addresses appears.
It is enough of click on an address or a way so that this one is thrown.
If by security, you want to keep your Favourites on diskette or key
usb, it is enough to copy the following file: 'C:\Documents
and Settings\name
of the user \Favoris'.
