Clony XXL is a small utility which allows to discern fast the protection of a game.

It is recommended to prove regularly if there is not a more recent version of Clony XXL. In that way, it is possible to be sure that software will be capable of discerning the most recent protection.

Clony XXL

In the first launching of Clony XXL, one will ask you for it to appoint the corresponding letter to every reader. In 'Options / tools ', it is possible to choose the language of software (French, English).

Insert then the CD of game in the reader and click on 'Scan of the CD' to throw the analysis.


It is possible that Clony asks you to analyse the files of game if this last is already installed.

The number of skulls represents protection level. The more their number is élévé, the more protection is sophisticated. Note, please the name of protection (in red).

If you are beginner, you can always use the helper by clicking on 'Assistant ' at the bottom of Clony XXL. He allows to accomplish fast all necessary tests to discern a possible protection.

In 'Options / tools ', it is possible to throw definite analyses as the research of faulty sectors, the analysis of the installation file...
