To spot possible errors of the system or of software, it is necessary to use the tools of administration of Windows which give the list of all events occurring between starting and closing of the computer.

Explanation

Go to the Control panel (Start / Control panel). Under Windows XP, click to the left on 'Toppling over towards classical display' if the Control panel is not already in this situation.


Double-click the icon: 'Administration tools'.


Then throw: 'Observer of events'.

Application

In the new window, it is possible to choose to the left: 'applications ', 'system ' or 'security '. A list lists all information or met errors.


There are 3 types of information: from simple remark to the error.



A double click on an element in the right list allows to show more detailed information.
