Many files launch in the starting of the computer as the antivirus, the firebreak and many files systems. They take responsibility automatically. However it is sometimes interesting to deactivate some software in starting (for accélerer the load of Windows) even to add others.

Explanation

To know the list of the files which launch in starting, go to Starting / to Carry out and knocks: msconfig

In the new window, go to the thumb-index 'Starting '.


All elements which are checked launch automatically in starting. It is easily possible to identify the different entries thanks to the way in the column 'Commande '. Check or shoot required elements as, for example msnmsgr (for msn), realsched (Real Player), qtttask (Quicktime)...

Confirm with 'Ok '. The computer will ask you for a rédémarrage to apply changes. In the next launching of Windows, a message will point out that they have change options of starting. Check 'no more not show this message'.

Remark

To abolish or to add new elements in the list of starting, it is necessary to throw the register of Windows (to Start / to Carry out and types regedit).

All elements in starting have an entrance in:
H_KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\Run

From there, abolish, top up or change an element.
